May at Pharmbiotest: Internal Trainings on First Aid and Risk Management

At Pharmbiotest, we prioritize growth, education, and quality. That’s why May 2025 was a month filled with valuable internal trainings. Our goal was to strengthen team competencies and prepare our staff for everyday challenges in the clinical research field.

1️⃣ Pre-medical First Aid Training

This training was led by our clinical department specialists, who are qualified in emergency nursing. The session included both a solid theoretical component and hands-on workshops using CPR manikins and an AED. This knowledge can truly save lives—not only in the workplace, but in daily life as well.

2️⃣ Risk Management in Clinical Trials

In the second half of the month, we organized a session on key issues related to risk management in clinical trials, in line with ICH E6(R3) standards and the risk-based quality management (RBQM) approach.

The topics covered during the training echoed the themes discussed at the “Clinical Trials Are For You” conference in Warsaw, where our team also had the pleasure of participating. The event emphasized the importance of communication and collaboration across the entire clinical research sector.
